she is teaching the following classes at the
T'ai Chi Center of Madison which is located at:
Bedford Square Building
301 S. Bedford Street
5 blocks from the capitol
The WINTER/SPRING session starts the week of January 14 and runs through the May 5, 2012. I will be teaching
Yang 5 Advanced T'ai Chi Long Form and Qigong on Tuesday evening (see details below).
Tuesday 5:30- 6:30 p.m.
Yang 5 Advanced T'ai Chi Long Form
This class is for those who already practice the Yang style short form. Each week we warm up with neigong exercises and then focus on learning
the choreography as well as working on experiencing the fluid and organic nature of the movements in the Yang Style long form.
Tuesday 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Qigong
This class exposes students to a diverse array of Qigong Exercises.
It is open to beginners and those who have qigong and/or T'ai Chi experience.
This semester will feature: Swimming Dragon and The Five Animal Frolics. We will start the class with
various shorter qigong sequences, such as the Eight Brocades. Qigong practice promotes a peaceful, alert and relaxed state of being. These gentle exercises aid in flexibility,
function and energy flow.
