she is teaching the following classes at the
T'ai Chi Center of Madison which is located at:
Bedford Square Building

The session starts the week of May 26 and runs through the week of July 30 (no classes July 4). Bruce Aunet and I will each be
teaching for the entire Tuesday evening this summer. I'll be teaching on: June 2, June 9, June 16, June 23 and June 30.
I encourage you to sign-up for the entire summer session, however, there is an option for paying by the week.

Yang 4 Advanced T'ai Chi Form
This class is for those who know the Yang Style Short form, it adds to the Cheng Man Ch'ing

This class exposes students to the diversity of Qigong Exercises.
It is open to beginners and well to those who have
qigong and/or T'ai Chi experience.
This semester we will focus on the following: The 5 Animal Frolics, and various shorter qigong sequences to aid in flexibility,
function and energy flow. Beginners are welcome.
Tuesday 7:00- 8:00 p.m.
Yang 2 Intermediate T'ai Chi Form
This class will focus on learning the Cheng Man Ch'ing lineage Yang Style "short form."
